How long do I have to make changes and returns?

In MIMHI MAISON you have 15 calendar days from the time the product is delivered to the address indicated to make changes or returns. The product must not have been used or altered and must keep the original labels and packaging.

Do I have to pay the shipping in case I want to exchange or return the product?

Changes are free but returns are not.

When can I can I get my money back?

Refunds take approximately 14 working days from the time we receive the package back and check that everything is in the same condition as it was sent.

How do I make an exchange or refund?

To request an exchange or refund, you must fill in the form at the bottom of this page, indicating in the message the order number, the reason for the exchange or refund and the address where you want your parcel to be collected.
