How long do I have to make exchanges and returns?
At MIMHI MAISON, you have 14 calendar days from the date the product is delivered to the indicated address to make exchanges or returns. The product must not have been used or altered, and it must retain the original tags and packaging.
Do I have to pay for shipping if I want to exchange or return the product?
No, exchanges and returns are FREE within mainland Spain.
How do I make an exchange or return?
You must fill out the form located at the bottom of this page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your message, we will contact you to provide a free shipping label to process your return.
Only one free exchange or return is allowed per order.
What if a product is faulty?
We sincerely apologize for that, but fabrics and embroidery can sometimes suffer alterations. If this happens, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@mimhimaison.com.
When will I get my money back?
Refunds take approximately 14 business days from the moment we receive the returned package and verify that everything is in the same condition as when it was sent.
How do I make an exchange or return outside the Peninsula?
Exchanges or returns outside mainland Spain are not free, except if the product is faulty.
If you wish to make an exchange or return, you must fill out the form at the bottom of this page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return so we can provide you with a shipping address for your package.
