Shipping Policy

Shipping Spain (Mainland)

We offer free shipping on all orders over 100€ within mainland Spain. For orders under 100€, a flat shipping rate of 4€ applies.

Delivery time is estimated between 24 and 72 working hours from the date of shipment. Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is handed over to the logistics provider, you’ll get another email with your shipping details and tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Spain (Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

In the payment screen you will see the cost automatically after filling in your delivery address. You will only have to select the shipping option and the most convenient operator for you and the amount will be added to the price of the product.

After making the payment you will receive an email confirmation of purchase, and when your order is delivered to the logistics operator you will receive another email with delivery details and tracking number so you can track it.

International Shipping (Europe)

Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

If your order is shipped to a country outside the European Union it may be subject to local and/or customs taxes for which MIMHI MAISON cannot be held responsible. Shipments that are refused by the recipient may incur possible costs associated with the importation of products, and will also be the responsibility of the customer.
